This is an original DV-native browser studio: DV Music Language, MIDI and audio share one timeline. DV is not merely a label over MIDI; DV text parses into its own timed events and can be edited, performed with pads, translated to/from MIDI, mixed and exported.
Live performance: arm exactly one Audio, MIDI or DV channel with its REC control; selection and recording destination are independent. Press Record, then play the Pads. Select an audio track and Record to capture the microphone. Turn on Click for the metronome, or Count-in for one full bar of clicks before capture begins. The Mixer mirrors every channel with volume, pan, mute, solo, record arm and FX access, plus a separate Master/Global strip. The ruler is a dedicated scrub area: click or drag it to place the playhead without touching a clip. Audio clips can be trimmed directly, faded, split at the playhead, normalized, and given independent clip gain; the waveform scales visually with clip gain. Track height can be dragged vertically. MIDI and DV tracks stay compact on the main timeline and open into detailed colored editors. On phones, the timeline stays first and the inspector/editor flows below it. In landscape, use the bottom section shortcuts or the right-side PAGE/DV rail from anywhere, including inside a detailed DV channel.
Native plug-ins: a normal browser cannot directly execute desktop .vst3/.dll/.component binaries. DVI‑2 and DV Effects are browser-native. The import control recognizes native plug-in files and explains that they need a future desktop/WASM bridge rather than falsely claiming to load them.
